SHIPPING

Thank you for choosing one of my artworks! I will take great care to ensure each piece is shipped safely and arrives in perfect condition. Please review the following shipping information for details on how your order will be handled.

Shipping Cost:

• Shipping WITHIN the EU: I am pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the European Union (EU).

• Shipping OUTSIDE the EU: If you’re located outside the EU, please reach out to me before placing your order, so that I can research shipping options and provide details and costs you will need to cover based on your location.

Processing Time:

While most of my artworks are created and stored in Vienna, Austria, some are painted and located in my art studio in Wuppertal, Germany. Depending on where I am at the time of your order, the processing time may vary.

• If I am at the location where the artwork is stored, I will prepare the ordered artwork for shipment within 1-2 business days.

• If I am not at the location of the artwork, it may take up to 2 weeks to prepare your order for shipment. However, I always strive to expedite the process as much as possible.

Please note that I am mainly based in Vienna, where the majority of my artworks is located. If you have any concerns about the timing or would like more details on how long it will take to ship your order, please feel free to get in touch with me. I’ll be happy to provide you with accurate information based on my current location.

Shipping Carriers

It is important to me to select a carrier that ensures safe transit, proper insurance, and reliable service with short delivery times. Depending on the size and value of the artwork, I will choose between Österreichische Post/DHL or a specialized art shipping company. I have had positive experiences with both in the past.

Once your order has shipped, I will send you all shipping and tracking information via email.

Please be aware that, depending on the size of the artwork, the shipping company may contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Damages and Returns

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please make sure to photograph the damaged package and artwork immediately upon delivery. These photos are required to process any insurance claims with the shipping company. Please contact me as soon as possible, so that I can address the issue promptly.
